Zendura FLX and Zendura Guard for clinics and labs fabricating their own aligners and retainers. Compatible with BioStar, MiniStar, Drufomat and Erkopress thermoformers.
The first dual-shell material for clear aligners.
Two thin outer shells give rigidity and force; an elastomeric middle layer adds comfort and flexibility. The result: consistent force delivery with less insertion stress on teeth.

Designed for everyday retention
SMART PERFORMANCE. TRUSTED TECHNOLOGY.
After active orthodontic treatment, the retainer becomes the most critical appliance for the patient: it maintains the position of the teeth and prevents relapse. Built on a tri-layer architecture, Zendura Guard is engineered to resist deformation and give a softer, more flexible material response than traditional single-layer thermoplastics.
Clear retainers must do more than “hold teeth.” They must:
Flexural modulus is how much a retainer resists bending during insertion, removal and chewing. Materials that are too stiff feel harsh, concentrate stress and are more prone to cracking. Lower stiffness means a more stress-absorbing material with a softer feel.

Tear strength is a material's resistance to a crack spreading once damage begins. Small defects such as trimmed edges or notches can quickly become full fractures in daily use. Higher tear strength means a retainer that resists cracking.
